This electrode is used in combination with the Oxygen Adaptor to form the dual range Oxygen sensor, capable of measuring oxygen levels in air, or dissolved oxygen levels in water.
It is supplied with two membrane caps, 60 ml of electrolyte (KCl) and polishing paper for the cathode. Variation in oxygen permeability of the membrane is automatically temperature compensated over the 5 to 45°C range.
