Wireless Oxygen In Air Sensor

Order No. 1170

Oxygen concentration in the air is influenced by environmental conditions such as pressure and temperature. Life on earth influences and is influenced by the air’s oxygen concentration – so understanding it is of vital importance in biology and chemistry.

If you wish to measure how O2 concentration varies in the classroom, follow photosynthesis or the respiration of organisms – then this is a key sensor.

With the built-in pressure, relative humidity, and temperature - environmental measurements become possible. The Oxygen in Air Sensor integrates key analytical measurements along with biology and environmental science into one package.

The sensor is extremely easy to set up, reducing time – so you can focus on the science.

Adaptable – biology and chemistry become available to study as separate or related disciplines.

Designed to be used across scientific disciplines, this sensor provides an ideal platform to introduce or extend the advantages of data logging, data storage and analysis.

Designed to be “hands on,” this allows students to examine experimental design and data generation. The sensor has been constructed to be used with Data Harvest’s Bio-Chamber – opening new concepts in experimental control. It works in harmony with Data Harvest’s CO2 sensor (1180).

This package provides a cornerstone for several engaging studies, but it also can establish a solid base for weather monitoring and routine sampling concepts in conjunction with Data Harvest’s wide range of sensors (1180, 1210, 1148).

A perfect way to move from life’s everyday experience to key scientific skills, mathematics, and statistics!

Data Harvest Wireless Oxygen In Air Sensor

The sensor is compact and mobile enough to allow practical experiments.

Dedicated, easy to use, with a solid sampling interface designed to interface to the Bio-Chamber.

Connected to the latest EasySense software, the Oxygen In Air Sensor enhances the user experience with the ability to display live data and compare the results. It will also combine with other sensors in the Data Harvest range to provide a versatile analytical platform (see above).

The Smart Wireless Oxygen In Air Sensor is USB and Bluetooth compatible. Using Bluetooth, a sensor can connect to mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
