The Wireless Rain Gauge & Anemometer Pack can make fundamental measurements in metrology, environmental science, and physics. This makes it a workable and flexible solution for classroom demands.
With both an anemometer and rain gauge, you have the basis for a sophisticated weather station! This can also be further enhanced (multiplexed) by adding the Wireless Humidity Sensor (1210 purchased separately). This means that even the most demanding of requirements, such as the weather pattern tracking, are easily accessible.
The sensors are connected to the tachometer switch, with provides a gateway for use of both wind and rain sensors. This seamless integration saves time and money!
Designed to be used in environmental studies and physics, the anemometer provides an ideal platform to introduce or extend the advantages of data logging, data storage and analysis.
The rain gauge is capable of measurement over a wide range, reported directly in mm precipitation. It is particularly useful when coupled with the anemometer, and further extended to agricultural science with the use of the Soil Moisture Sensor (1215PK -sold separately).

The Wireless Rain Gauge & Anemometer Pack allows connectivity to multiple devices such as tablets, desktop computers, smart phones via Bluetooth, or USB which allows data transfer and charging of the internal battery.
Remote logging of the data allows greater flexibility and performance for unattended monitoring.
Customisation of the data can be made so that the recorded data can be adjusted to allow for specific calibration needs or localised environments.
