The Count/Tachometer adapter counts electrical pulses. It contains the calibration for 11 different ranges making this a very versatile sensor for a wide range of investigations.A selection of products that may compliment the Count/Tachometer Adaptor.
The Count/Tachometer Adaptor can count up to 60,000 cumulative events or the speed of a rotating bicycle wheel. It can be used to investigate Newton’s laws with Atwood’s machine or count red and green buses, anything where you count an event or use events per unit of time for rate e.g. revs/second, miles per hour, rpm, counts /second
Students can study weather patterns with our environmental accessories; by recording wind speeds with our Anemometer or the amount of rain fall over time using our Rain Gauge.
