The Anemometer Pack combines a traditional 3-cup Anemometer and a Count Tachometer adaptor capable of measuring wind speed in either meters per second or miles per hour.
When used as part of a data logging experiment students can begin to visually study local weather patterns.
The Anemometer and count tachometer adaptor can be used to create a local weather station where students can study how fast the wind is blowing and measure weather patterns over time.
The Count/Tachometer adaptor contains 11 calibrated ranges including two to record wind speed. You can further add to your weather station by adding a Rain Gauge to count the drops of rain.
Our latest cross-platform software makes capturing your science experiments a breeze, designed for teacher's and students alike, the new EasySense2 software bring class collaboration to life.
All our sensors come with 5 years warranty and lifetime support, we ensure your investment gives you complete peace of mind.
The Anemometer Pack is pre-calibrated at manufacture making it ready to plug-in and start using with minimal setup time.
